If you are driving towards Florence on the motorway from north of Italy, exit at FIRENZE NORD, follow the indications for Centro/Viali di Circonvallazione, drive along Fortezza da Basso and get in Viale Spartaco Lavagnini(on the right). At the first traffic light turn right again and get in Via C. D'Alessandria then drive straight through P.zza Indipendenza and reach Via Nazionale. After 300metres you'll find Hotel Sempione on the right at number 15 (black coloured).
If you are driving towards Florence on the motorway from south of Italy, exit at FIRENZE SUD, follow the indications for centro/Viali Circonvallazione until P.zza della Liberta', then take on the right Via Lorenzo Il Magnifico and turn left at the first traffic light. Keep driving ahead, cross the junction with V.le Spartaco Lavagnini and get in Via Santa Caterina d'Alessandria then drive straight through P.zza Indipendenza and reach Via Nazionale. After 300metres you'll find Hotel Sempione on the right at number 15 (black coloured).

Getting in Florence by train at Santa Maria Novella station, you'll find two exits. Take the one on the left (leaving the train behind you). Cross the road at the traffic light and then keep on walking on the right until you reach Largo Alinari. Turn left and keep walking until you get into Via Nazionale. You will find Hotel Sempione at number 15 still on the left (the first hotel you will find on the street)
